Our programme

The programme starts with a scoping exercise whereby one of our Lean specialists will identify, with your management team, areas within your business that will benefit from a Lean project. This is then supported by the implementation of real actions which put in place immediate and measurable improvements, whilst also giving the workforce the skills to continuously identify productivity improvements.

The programme involves two days of underpinning knowledge followed immediately by a three day workshop. This is then followed by two further sessions each lasting two days to ensure the improvements have been sustained and project targets are met.
