There are times when attending a course is not enough, this is why we also provide consultancy in Quality and Environmental Management Systems.

Pera incorporates Neville Clarke who were specialists in Quality Consultancy for over 20 years and were the largest UK-based ISO 9001 Consultancy in the UK.

 

Our aim in all our consultancy is to improve your effectiveness through your  Management Systems and not just to get a 'badge on the wall'.


Initially we will perform a one day 'gap analysis' where our Consultant does a dummy audit to ISO 9001/14001 and identifies:

  • What the client's system looks like
  • How much work needs to be done to implement the system
  • Likely time scales
  • Any other resources that are needed

 

We then undertake a one day meeting with top management, to present what ISO 9000/14000 and Quality/Environment are about, to form a 'steering group' of top managers to direct the project, the appointment of a 'management rep' to own the system, to set the implementation plan and key stages and to start off producing the 'Business Process Map'


We are in the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2008 Certification for our Consultancy Service.
