Project Management

Our project management training material is accredited by the Association for Project Management and is delivered via a lively, practical-based 2 day course that can be held at our training venue in Leicestershire or on your own premises.

Delegates are provided with copies of the training material plus useable MS Word and Excel project management templates. The trainers aim is to give delegates a thorough grounding in the theory and also enough practical experience to give them confidence in applying the techniques to their daily work. The course culminates in an invigilated 1 hour exam for those that want to earn the APM certificate.

The course has been delivered to over 100 delegates in the last year – with a 100% pass rate.
