But our team building is not just about our fantastic range of outdoor activities, our experts will incorporate practical outdoor team activities with classroom-based theory, creating you a tailored programme that appropriately challenges your team and delivers the results you need.

Within our grounds there are over 40 activities to choose from, ranging from raft-building exercises and high ropes to confidence-building challenges, so we have something to suit all needs. All our activities are expertly supervised and facilitated.

- an initial analysis of the teams needs
- designing a programme to meet these specific needs
- facilitation of the programme
- a following up to ensure the desired results have been achieved
