First class conference and meeting facilities for events of all kinds

We have two versatile venues which host a huge variety of events for two to 500 people. One is a spacious high-tech conference centre in the East Midlands, the other a 17th century manor house set in 20 acres of glorious Oxfordshire countryside. Both are much more than just venues. Add our people to the mix and the result is a complete event and activity design and delivery solution.

Event management

Each venue has its own dedicated Events Team, experienced in creating and managing memorable meetings, conferences and activities of all kinds, from AGMs to product launches, exhibitions to workshops and presentations to teambuilding events.

Additional services

We can produce event literature, market your event and identify and book speakers and entertainers. And we like nothing more than being challenged to come up with something unique – such as a candlelit gala dinner in the double-height atrium of our conference centre or a popcorn and movie night in the cosy lounge of our country house.

Expert support

Behind the scenes at both venues are in-house IT and sound technicians ready to handle any issues on the day and chefs determined to delight with delicious, primarily locally-sourced, menus. We also have our own activity specialists in Oxfordshire who design and supervise a wide range of purposeful, energising experiences in the great outdoors.

Conference Centre

Our conference centre is at our business park headquarters in Leicestershire, 20 miles from the M1. Surrounded by landscaped grounds, the centre houses a wide range of meeting, board and breakout rooms, as well as a well-equipped conference hall and two I-Labs, innovation spaces specially lit, furnished and equipped for creative brainstorming sessions. Middle Aston House

Just eight miles from the M40, Middle Aston House brings together all the loveliest elements of hotel living with the high-tech requirements of business life and the welcome and warmth of a country home. The perfect location for creative learning and serious thinking, the house has a board room, five main meeting rooms, 10 syndicate rooms, a dining room and lounge bar as well as 57 bedrooms.
